KazRealty 2013, the 7th Kazakhstan International Real Estate and Investments exhibition and forum, will be held in Almaty from 13-15 March 2013. The exhibition is organised by the leading exhibitions company Iteca and its international partner ITE Group plc. The key features of this event in 2013 will be a real estate forum and a change of venue.

Visitors come to the KazRealty real estate exhibition, held every spring in Almaty, to get information on the domestic and international real estate markets, with some buying real estate through the special offers that developers usually run during the event. There is however, another attraction for visitors.

The organisers of KazRealty, the well-known real estate exhibition in Almaty, have changed the exhibition to a format more suited to face-to-face discussion, with the event now being held in the Gerey Khan hall of the Baksharsaray reception house from 13-15 March 2013.

At the pre-show press conference, the organisers announced the concept change and rebranding of KazBuild Spring. Starting in 2013, the exhibition will be locally-focused and renamed to Specialised Exhibition KCM – Kazakhstan Construction Materials.

Several trade exhibitions on related topics opened today in Almaty: KazBuild Spring, the construction and interiors exhibition, WinTecExpo, the windows, doors and facades exhibition, and KazRealty, the real estate and investment exhibition.
