The first deputy of the head of region Amandyk Batalov has informed on it at session of regional akimat. From the beginning of year it is already placed in operation 217 thousand in sq. m that on 13 % more than a similar indicator of last year. The volume of financing of civil work has exceeded 20 billion tenge.
According to A.Batalov, till May of next year it is planned to put into operation two housing estates – "Premiere" and "Omirzak" therefore problems of 936 shareholders will be solved. Besides, during the current year input of 92 social objects is planned. The volume of the means allocated from oblast budget in building sphere, has made 33,9 billion tenge.
Serious modernization expects housing and communal services system: in plans of akimat to repair 187 km thermal and 21,7 thousand in km of distributive networks, 180 units of equipment. Besides, are provided reconstruction over 2 thousand tower blocks and gasification of Taldykorgan region. For these purposes till 2020 it will be allocated by 125,5 billion tenge.
