“Just before you came, there was a man who bought apartments in our new building on the Left Bank in Astana – residences located close to the Khan Shatyr retail and entertainment centre. We offered several options - apartments from 82 to 169m² - and the client chose the most suitable plan for him,” said Ruslan Sultanov, Sales and Marketing Manager for RIXOS Khan Shatyr Residences & Business Centre. “We are participating in Iteca’s exhibitions for the second time, and I should note the continued high performance and, of course, professional level of organisation of the event.”
“We are here for the first time in Kazakhstan, and believe that, judging from the exhibition, the interest in real estate in Bulgaria is quite high. While it is too early to talk about the event’s impact, during the three days we met and got acquainted with interesting people. I hope they all become our customers,” said Dimitar Georgiev, Manager of Dinevi Resort (Bulgaria).
Roza Nurzhanova, Manager, SkyLandRealty: “I have worked in the U.A.E. for a long time – in the real estate market. The Kazakhstanis’ interest in real estate abroad is growing every year. Participation in KazRealty was yet another confirmation to that. By the way, we found a realtor right during the exhibition who is going to be an official dealer of our company in Kazakhstan. We are happy with out participation in the exhibition. A number of companies and individuals have already signed protocols of intention”.
“The lot of price lists that had been prepared in advance, was depleted virtually within the first hours of the exhibition. The Russian – especially residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg – began to buy real estate in Bulgaria quite a while ago because our laws allow purchase of real estate by foreign citizens. The number of buyers from Kazakhstan is still much lower, but we have already made a few deals with your country’s citizens, and the number of such contracts will probably keep growing,” said representatives of Better Homes, a Bulgarian company.
“During KazRealty we learned a lot while communicating with private investors, real estate agencies and travel companies not only from Kazakhstan but also from dozens of other countries. We really hope that our participation will be efficient and are soon going to welcome our first clients from Kazakhstan in Switzerland,” says Tatyana Vogt from the Swiss-Russian company VOSTOK - ZAPAD GROUP.
