New “Programme of housing construction in Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2014” is accepted in Kazakhstan. The state is ready to allocate for building of new habitation more than 150 billion tenge for four years. It is supposed that the apartments constructed within the limits of this program, first of all will provide investors of "Zhilstrojsberbank", that is who has accounts in this bank, regularly saves money on habitation acquisition, and has almost saved up the necessary sum for reception of a housing loan under 4-5 % annual.
However, all interested persons can take part in this program let not through system of housing savings and through commercial banks. The difference is only in cost of acquisition of habitation. In the first case the price per 1 sq. m in final finishing in Almaty makes 142 500 tenges. In the second case it is 170 thousand tenge. The Almaty prices are the highest in republic. For Astana, for example, the established price is lower 112 500 tenges, for the regional centers it is 90 thousand tenge. But anyway these prices are much more low (on 20-30 %) than on the market.
